Usually, hotel restaurants are best avoided with indifferent food and staff.  An exception is to be found at the AisanA Hotel in Korat. https://aisanahotel.com.  They have an excellent outdoor restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel.  There is live music at levels which do not prevent conversation.  The courtyard is surrounded by palm trees and the floor is Astro turf.  Most of the seats are comfortable bean bag types.  The place has a good, relaxing atmosphere.  Thai and Western food is available.
I give it a Koratfart ***** rating.
