More bad news for Musk, the SEC are on his case:

I have been in Hong Kong this week and saw quite a number of Tesla cars on the roads (The S version).  They look quite stylish and the Chinese obviously like them.

Good one, Thaiga.  His Tesla business is in an interesting state. Musk hit his target of producing 5000 cars a month in June but at a cost of 86% of the cars coming off the production line requiring rework. The business is burning cash at a huge rate and some large loans are due to be repaid in March 2019. Vern would be well advised to get his libel claim settled before March.

Tesla shares now 286, a long way south of the $420 he was talking about the other week.

This got got way out of hand.  Good luck to Vernon with his Law Suit.....

This is not an original TT quote, but the other day I saw Musk described as having a face like a ferretcatcher’s elbow.

HITTING BACK Brit hero cave diver Vernon Unsworth’s mum reveals her son IS preparing to sue Elon Musk over ‘p guy’ slur

The billionaire initially apologised for his remarks but has now repeated the slur prompting the Thailand cave rescue hero to consult lawyers

But his mother Vera Unsworth has revealed her son is now consulting lawyers.

“He’s consulted his lawyer this morning. That’s all he’s told me,” the 88-year-old said from her house in Braintree, Essex, reports the MailOnline.

“I don’t know who his lawyers are or where they’re based.

"My son is in London on business at the moment but he’s asked me not to comment any further.”

Elon Musk is he using that word again,Vern Unsworth

Elon Musk doubles down on 'p' claims against UK cave diver.  He has never presented any evidence for the allegation nor claimed to have any. He apologised for the remark last month after Unsworth threatened to sue, Tesla shares dived and the company’s investors issued an open letter demanding Musk apologise.

Musk was responding to another critic on Twitter on Tuesday night when he appeared to reaffirm the accusation. “You don’t think it’s strange [Unsworth] hasn’t sued me? He was offered free legal services,” he wrote.

“Did you investigate at all? I’m guessing answer is no. Why?” he wrote in subsequent tweets that are still online. Musk has been under pressure from Telsa investors over his erratic behaviour on social media and record losses posted by the electric vehicle manufacturer.
