Driver tells cops, brake failure. Everyone is perfect and it is always someone else's fault.
A report from  77jowo.com states the brakes were in good working order and that the driver was either going too fast or had fallen asleep. could of been an evil spirit really should get that truck and intersection blessed ::)

Re: Driving in thailand - Aussie getting decked by a Thai guy

The biggest news story of the day involving an expat is the Aussie getting decked by a Thai guy outside a school in Pattaya following a road rage incident. Story from stickboybkk.com

What a crack the thai guy gives the aussie and down he goes, can't help feeling sorry for him in the first vid and in front of his kids as well. But if you watch the second vid it might give you an idea of how it all started.

If it were a farang, I'd bet he would stop.  That way, he could could try and say it was the farang's fault and try to extort money.

There doesn't seem a day goes by without some sad and bad news on the roads, this guy can be seen in the facebook video smashing a car window in road rage, you can hear frightened children in the car crying, an absolute disgrace. VIDEO HERE: Facebook.com

The guy sounded his horn reports thairath.co.th. the other driver stopped then came out of his vehicle with a golf club and took two swings at his car smashing a front side window spreading glass all over the dash. as usual compensation saves the day.

If you don't laugh you'll cry, you must admit it's like a comedy movie, the guy at the back said you stopped too quick, what do you think

he clearly wasn't looking at the road ahead, i try always to leave a good stopping distance between me and the car ahead, but alas that is quickly zoomed into by the car behind me, so i drop back again only for the same thing to happen :-[

Latest Thai road rage reports tnews.co.th where a man smashes the windscreen and drags a woman from her car as motorcycle taxi tries to stop him. There must be more to this than meets the eye. If behavior like this is not punished it will only get worse.
