Air fares
« on: September 21, 2015, 08:35:46 AM »
On my Yahoo home page, I see Air France are offering LHR return at Baht 25,000 and good prices for other European destinations. That's exceptional I think.
Hard to match even with the IMO dodgy carriers. ATB

I would imagine this is not a direct flight, you would have to land in frenchy land, Oh check the lay over at the airport or do you have to march across Paris to the other one, One has to be aware of the hidden pit-falls.

Ok a quick search show these as probable flights, but dont quote me on these

Air France Flight 165
departs BKK @ 09:50 Hrs arrives CDG @ 17:05 Hrs at terminal 2E duration 11 hrs 30 min. Equipment: Boeing 777-300ER.

2 hour lay over at CDG, it is not advisable to try anything quicker although there is a flight departing at 18:05, you might get there but the chances of you luggage arriving with you are slim, speaking from experience.

Air France 1180
departs CDG @ 19:05 Hrs arrives LHR @ 19:20 Hrs duration 52 min.  Equipment Airbus A319

or you could be booked on a much later flight out of CDG as these early evening ones tend to fill up and the later ones are for the straglers.
not sure of the terminal one would arrive at but from terminal 1 to terminal 2-Hall 4 would be a LOOONG way.

This CDG to LHR is a similar flight schedule to the Air Canada Montreal - Toronto run, 1 hour each way, did that a few times working for Bombardier Aerospace, even had a 747 on one trip from Montreal, it was just out of a big C check and had to be re-positioned to Toronto for the next flight, I think we where no more that 100 people on the A/C.
