Constitution Court To File Defamation Cases

The Constitution Court is set to file a complaint against a red shirt leader, a Pheu Thai MP and two other individuals for defamation and intimidation of the judges.

According to the complaint, red shirt leader Yotwarit Chuklom aka Jeng Dokchit and  a Pheu Thai MP from Surin  defamed and insulted the judges in red shirt rally speeches, even to the extent of giving away judges phone numbers  and urging red shirt supporters to call and harass the judges.

The other two individuals were charged for burning a mock coffin with the names of the judges and flaunting banners with disparaging content.
