Outdoor Food vendors have now gone in many places.
   
Beggars still around everywhere on Bangkok streets.
 
Beggars = 1  Government = 0

What about all the numerous stray dogs every where?  Unfortunately, they have it better off than the humans.

Hey! do you remember years ago, THE BUCKET MAN  you could exchange the dog for a plastic bowl or bucket, You knew when he was coming all the dogs in the soi would howl just like they knew  :-[ Could they smell the fear of death.  Well! there's about 50 buckets worth in our soi, You just cannot walk the length of the soi without one gritting it's teeth at you.

Get rid of your dog and get a plastic bucket in Thailand
Anyone who goes to a psychiatrist should have his head examined.
