2010 Thailand Census, Wonder how Korat will fair?
« on: August 06, 2010, 10:50:48 PM »
The census is done every 10 years so the new one is due this year, looking at the 1990 and 2000 census the average age in korat has increased from 23 to 28, so looks like everyone is getting older and some buggers are living longer.
Average schooling for 15 year olds and over has increased by just over a year to 6.3 years, hmmm, still not good, population in agricultural sector down by just over 10 percent at 66 percent.

Households with a tv increased from 61 percent to 89 percent, and households with cooking gas or electric increased from 26 percent to 69 percent, nothing wrong with a bbq every now and again, but not every day :(

Couple of graphs showing population density in 2,000.
