K-L what is your legal speciality?  On this forum you will find lots of copyright abuse, some libel, and the occasional bit of lese majeste.

I was just about to ask the same question to K-L.  Also, are you affiliated with any other law firms, particularly in Korat or are you pretty much independent?  What do you charge to do a Tambien-Bahn yellow house book?  I did mine myself but an Aussie friend of mine doesn't want to go through all the hassles after I explained to him the lengthy process involved. I also explained that you can do the same things in Thailand without having a house book and that there aren't any great advantages in having one. For example I was still able to purchase two cars in my name, open bank accounts, and get a Driver's license before I had mine.  He explained it was needed in order to purchase a firearm and have the firearm registered in his name only.

Cheers.

Sorry for late reply. I did mine once for yellow tabien ban. You're right. It is long process. You will have to submit a paper and then set the date for interviewing and spend half day at the amphoe. The officer will interview the applicant, witnesses. Then you wait another month to get a book. It worths to have it on hand though. ;D

Don't worry. I find it everywhere in Thailand not only this forum.  8)

You have a yellow book rather than a blue one?

Sorry if my wording mislead you. I meant I applied a yellow book for my partner last year. I, of course, have a blue book.  ;D
