This board is so sad - it's like one of those shows where a single actor is playing all the characters.

Except here, the forum is so dead the admin is making up members and rambling to himself...

Maybe this board isn't just like another around. Maybe it has a purpose.

Maybe it is about getting along with each other in Korat rather than trivialities and warfare.

Isn't it far worse to see an admin playing various trolls by himself on his own board, insulting the people on his board to keep it moving? But maybe he just does it so he can keep on banning people proving his "power" to himself. But that admin is welcome here (again) to contribute constructively.

Maybe that is even the purpose of this board.

btw why do people post from so many different IP addresses, if it were like you said? The post above this for example comes from Kuala Lumpur (MY). And it isn't the first from that IP.

But people who can talk about their mental problems have a fair chance getting cured without a doctor feeding them drugs or performing lobotomy.

We all do appreciate our discussions here leading to changes in the banning behavior of a local forum's admin...

So everything is new and shiny I see, should mention that it is impossible to sign up as the registration page is fucked, the bit where you have to guess the letters and numbers doesn't show, luckily I have a great new fun game for everyone though, it is called Hack the Forum, everyday there will be a choice of 2 forums to choose from, so on with the game, our 2 choices for today are, wait for it, your getting excited aren't you, okay lets go for these two.

Nope, that wasn't me, did have a quick look a few days ago but only spent about 30 seconds looking, noticed you were on a free server so assumed highest level access is through the board its self, not interested in any site really to spend more than a minute looking.

Plus most hacking is done over the weekend, server centers are under staffed so will be slow to respond, and of course the hackers are not at work on weekends.

If he does have the guts to unban my account "Karl" there I can access the PMs I received from him and Ajaxied during my extremely short life there. Didn't expect to get banned for harmlessly chatting with Ajaxied. Neither of us both was impolite or talked bad about somebody else. SR was just scared shitless having somebody show up and telling he had been banned before; so he overreacted in his typical way. I didn't make any screenshot then.

Until he unbanned Karl you'll have to take my word for it.

But if he deleted Karl's account he destroyed that evidence. And that seems to have been very often the purpose for banning people without any apparent reason: to keep them from accessing PMs that might be "inconvenient". Has he ever unbanned somebody to let them use their old accounts again? Or is he only so generous to let them sign up again? Unbanning is easy with this forum software.

That's a shame, no screen shots. But on KF copies of PMs are sent to email in-boxes so you'll have a copy of the PM in your email account! Hey hey! Check your email then post it! Or a screen shot.

No, sorry, to get it from the email seems to be confined to finding something in an old backup of my email client's folders. But I can easily make a fake screenshot that looks like taken directly from Koratfarang.

Little he could do to prove it fake like showing his server log doesn't have any "holes" where something could have been deleted and no record of the PM in the server log. I think it is easier to ask him for the server log to show the message he sent as RS2000 has been recorded there. Or maybe he has the guts to admit it! But some of his insults etc. would very likely put him in jail. So don't count on that. Perhaps people in Korat are aware by now of what is - or from their perspective "might be " - going on and stay on the alert, and that stops him from continuing his game already. It doesn't really matter what happened yesterday, if it doesn't continue as badly tomorrow!

Well, georgie, it'll keep you busy, if you let nine of them recycle the same day, so you can ban them tomorrow again.

But SR has another system: he let's people beg him via email first to register them. Since the number of people begging to be let in again, after they got banned for dubious reasons, is zero or close to zero, he's gotta register himself under another nick or activate one he registered before from the waiting list of trolls to be performed and play troll again to get the board after the shock of another unjustified banning back into motion. Anybody who gets close to uncovering who the new troll in reality is performed by, gets banned. He even doesn't have a system of easy recycling.

I got Chrome, Firefox and Opera in use. IE 8 is installed but unused.

From a mod or an admin I'd expect to state why he edited somebody else's post. But somebody editing his own post when not aware that he already logged in as another character might skip that. And why are other characters of the same admin given moderator or admin permissions to? So he can see all forums, also the private ones without having to set permission about every little thing for every new character. 'Tis far easier just to give them the same powers under all nicks. But it's necessary to remember under which nick you're logged in when playing that kinda game...
