In a previous post some time ago, I made a post about a restaurant serving Reuben Sandwiches.  It was just recently pointed out to me that a true Reuben is made with Corned-Beef.  When you substitute it with Pastrami, it's called a Rachel. Sometimes Coleslaw is also substituted for the sauerkraut. Sorry for the confusion all and thank you for the gentleman who pointed this out to me.   :cheers
