I came across the following post on and tried to provide the poster with some ideas via my limited level of expertise.  Perhaps some one here has better advice?

I understand that Chez Andy is expensive.

Someone posted here that The Frog is doing turkey dinners this year.

Apart from that, Korat seems to be a desert for Christmas dinner.
