Jazz clubs, live music places in Korat?

Hello everybody! I am almost in Korat. Before I take the last steps again can you let me know about live entertainment in Korat. I mean western live entertainment like jazz or country or the like, not Isaan music. You can chase me with that!  ::)

Last year a friend took me there  to a place with a kind of jazz band playing. But I don't know the name or remember the location.

can anyone recommend some good places? Sorry if I might have missed that in another topic, I didn't look through all yet. :-[

Maybe it was Bule' Saloon. Can't tell what it's like; the wind never blew me there. Find out from their website.

Isn't there one down the street from Walrus's place?  Nam something?  Right next to where mojos used to be.  Across from Balus German restaurant there is a place that occasionally plays fusion Jazz.

When I was last in Korat about 20 years ago there were plenty of places with Thai live bands playing western music like country rock: Dot Pub, Newland Cafe and many more. Are you telling the love of western music has vanished in Korat?

20 years is a long time. Newland was renamed RCN. Don't know whether it is still existant and if, what it's called now. :-[
