Wireless Speaker System

Are there wireless speaker systems available in Korat. Looking for an economy model simply to hear the TV better.

If you don't ask more specific, they will try to sell you Bluetooth speakers for computers.  Try that in electronic shops:

2.4GHz Wireless Music Audio Adapter Box Transmitter Receiver for TV Speakers

I would order them on Ebay for about $34 to get sent from Hongkong. Not worth running around and ruining your nerves trying to make shop attendants in Korat understand what you want.

Use an active speaker or a transistor radio with the receiver connected to line-in for sound near your chair. Or connect it to headphones to save your wife's nerves. :)

I looked on ebay and was unable to find some with the free shipping yesterday. Your link is just what I was looking for. I have now ordered. Thank you. And you are right...bluetooth is what they try to sell you.

I seem to suffer from the same problem as you in that I also often have a hard time hearing the television.  And while not a wireless solution, I went to Tesco and purchased a wired two speaker and bass reflex solution made specially for television sound.  It solved my problem and, if I recall, cost less than one thousand baht.

It also sounds danged good when I pump either my iPod rock and roll tunes or the True Vision blues station through my system.
