Stop that spam

Just dial *137 and phone out, that's it and they say, the service is free.
Thailands National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission, says you can repeat the operation if the problems persist.
Still having problems call 1200 press 1. This is also free. This works on all networks except TOT3G

Good, that there is an easy number for this now. At AIS this was pretty difficult to achieve through their computer system!

There are still other networks that might send you spam ... So

Option 1 (below) for your own network

Pick up your mobile and press *137 and phone out, if you get a Thai language voice message. Just press 1 to confirm you want to end spam from your own handset network, a few seconds later press 1 again to confirm. Then hang up.

option 2 (below) for all other networks

Repeat the process. Dial *137. This time, when you hear Thai language message select 2. Wait a few seconds and then press 1 to confirm. Which will prevent all other networks sending you spam.

For TOT3G. You must type your name – space – b then press 137 and call out.

this number *137 has been around for some time now,i took my phone to an agent about the spam and this is the number they put in for me,it certainly slowed the spam down but never stopped it completely.
could be from other networks, so i will try option 2.

thanks for all the info
ignorance does not help your post one bit but it probably says an awful lot about you.

No problem, a thank you is always nice, makes your effort feel appreciated  :wai

What is most annoying for some, the message is in thai and you don't understand it, then you have to ask someone

When you think about it, how many times do we give our phone number out without even giving it a thought, whether it is a bank buying an electrical appliance or whatever, your asked your telephone number.

Ahh! i know could be after sales service
