Want to check if a site allows dofollow links? Just download the nofollowdofollow add on from firefox here addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5687 install it and restart firefox, right click the mouse and click the NoDoFollow tab, highlighted limks in orangey red are nofollow, and the sort of violet type blue color are dofollow.

Just right-click a link in FF and select "Properties"; it'll tell you below the url when it is 'nofollow'.

Who would mind internal links being dofollow or nofollow anyway?

It does actually make a very big difference. If you have no follow on the internal links of your website then you will have big issues with PR on inner pages and you won't get your entire site spidered by the search engine bots.

Many pages have hundreds of links on them, clicking on properties for each one may take some time, this does the whole page and every page that is opened on your browser automatically when it is turned on.

As Pete says nofollow means no indexing by google, ie if it was an internal page it will never get into the big search engines, also sites don't want 100's of outbound dofollow links, it was originally used for comments on blogs, ie to stop spammers, but nowadays is used for sculpting page rank amongst other things.

Not compatible with Firefox 3.6  ::)

Gotta wait for an updated version of that add on. :(
