Maxnet or TRUE ADSL?

Which would supply me the best internet for emails and downloading torrents in the Korat City limits? Maxnet or TRUE ADSL? Or are there other viable options that you fancy?

It depends on your location. Out of town that depends on your location. There are other options besides those that you mention.

Thank you for your expedited response.

I need to be in the city limits to be close to a proper physician, hospital, Topps and Makro. Does that assist you in formulating a response to my inquiry?

Furthermore, are I looked in the classifieds for rental options and did not find one. Are there any respectable villages that are secure, clean and have decent foot paths that are free of holes that might make my daily constitutional hazardous?

The city would suit me fine. Rural village life would not.  ;D
