Lets start with the forum home page, now you do realise that it is a web page I take it, have you ever googled and found a web page on korat this crap before? And no I don't mean other Korat forums as they are all crap, so why is it when you google say korat tourist attractions you find a nice web site and not some crappy forum in Korat? It's because of words, take a look at your forum titles and descriptions, look at each one seperately, not one of them would attract a visit from google, so, you need to think about forum structure and forum titles and forum descriptions, this is your main web page for now.
Now most of those forums can be condensed into just 1 or 2 forums, unimportant stuff for search engines chuck down the bottom, new more relevant forums aimed at korat need to be made, the number of forums is about right for now, so basically you need after the condensing 10 or 9 new forums, the forums all need around a 30 word description with good key word content, ie korat tour, korat tourism, korat nightlife, korat hotels, theres 120,000 searches per month out there, you aint going to get any of them without some drastic literay changes in the forum main page.
