Something with the bridge manager seemed to be not working correctly. Should be fixed now! You can create your own albums in the User Galleries. Albums in the the all members sections (at present the category "Nakhon Ratchasima" only) need to be created by the admin.
Newbies (up to 4 forum posts) cannot comment on pics. And uploads from newbies need to be approved by admin before they're visible. I hope that's sufficient SPAM protection.
