Well done Jeremy Corbyn !
« on: September 13, 2015, 12:20:02 PM »
Well this should be worth watching .....
Corbyn elected on a landslide. Labour need to pull together but the flaw is, his MP's are not too keen on his ideas.
He might have some problems in 'whipping' his troops as during his time as an MP, he voted against his Party more than 500 times apparently.
Good for democracy. Well done him. But it's likely a doomed exercise.
One excellent DT comment today - to the effect that JC's victory demonstrates Labour's years of contempt for ordinary supporters and voters !
Yes Folks it's democracy at work - the Labour Party does not belong to the war criminal Bliar and his Gang. Like it or not - it's the voters that count.
Be it a disaster or not.
I agree with many JC policies but unfortunately IMO, the books MUST be balanced Osborne style, somehow.
Good fun eh ?

Yes, we are the gaffers now! Good to see the Labour machine broken by some real democracy.  Also agree with most of his policies, Trident etc.  We have just gone through Quantitative Easing to benefit only the bankers so why not QE to benefit the people?  All we need now is for Boris Johnson to become leader of the Tory party and then the next election should be really interesting.  Who said politics is boring?
We are masters of the unsaid words, but slaves of those we let slip out. Churchill
