Dengue Fever in Thailand
« on: March 29, 2017, 12:00:20 PM »
Just got back from Korat to Farangland and felt a little unwell.  So visited the Docs and they ordered testing for Dengue - Yes it came back Positive for IgG.

Has any one in Korat heard of or even had the new Vaccine called 'Dengvaxia'

Would be interested to know how much and where etc...

There are 4 variations of Dengue fever. I almost died a couple of years ago in Issan from Dengue. But I am now immune from that specific strain of the disease. I wonder if the vaccine that you mention covers all strains of the disease.
