The "act as if," policy.

I couldn't help, but laugh when I read this hotel review.  So true.

"As is the case with many thai hotels, it appears as if the hotel is managed by robots , anyone with any individual personality, independent decision making or customer service skills need not apply for the job. The "act as if" policy has been mastered, The "Act as if" policy when properly applied is where you as 'act as if' you know what you are doing....when in reality you haven't got a clue.! Nowhere more so is this hotel a perfect example. Every time you ask anyone for something no one knows or those who appear to know, operating under the (act as if) policy, as it turns out, actually don't know and send you on a wild goose chase.!! Have hotel owners ever asked themselves, "why it is that foreign western tourism is dropping every year?" Why is there less and less repeat business?"
