Found on thaivisa.com posted by HNWI, so there's still money about and a few ball  :fart

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I see many lower end budgets being written online, I decided to post the expenses and payments that I have monthly.

Rent 57,000

Electric 18,000-20,000

Part time Maid 9000

School for one child 43,000 per month

Mortgages 126,000 of which 82,000 covered from rent

Car repayment 129,000 per month  :o

Investments 200,000-300,000 per month

Loan repayments per month

41,000

55,000

77,000

Eating out/spending outside 30,000 per month

Online subscriptions 15,000 per month

There are lots of other expenses and costs. But that's all the bulky consistent ones.  I have missed a few intentionally, I do not have or need health insurance.

Anyone who goes to a psychiatrist should have his head examined.

If he were living up here in Isaan, he would die of boredom, not being able to see such exciting figures.

Wow, here is my commentary on all this:-

I see many lower end budgets being written online, I decided to post the expenses and payments that I have monthly.

Rent 57,000. The landlord saw you coming there.  My hotel suite just off Sukhumvit is only 24,500 a month

Electric 18,000-20,000 nothing in Bangkok, about 6000 in Korat

Part time Maid 9000 included in hotel bill

School for one child 43,000 per month kids, if you are reading this then your dad is really short changing you. I see lots of kids in the morning on the way to KIS School, annual fees THB 700,000, so your dad should be paying more

Mortgages 126,000 of which 82,000 covered from rent nil, no borrowings

Car repayment 129,000 per month  :o nil, cars paid for

Investments 200,000-300,000 per month nil

Loan repayments per month no loans

41,000

55,000

77,000

Eating out/spending outside 30,000 per month we spend far more than that, are you a monk?

Online subscriptions 15,000 per month far less than that for a subscription for The Times

Others:

Monthly bus fare BKK to Korat ThB 800

MRT monthly fare to work 200 ThB

Result: Happiness
If the old only could, if the young only knew.
