Well that's a bit tight and you could be in a tight spot, a park in Beijing, reports bangkokpost.com. has a loo paper dispenser that uses facial recognition, it'll only give you 70 centimeters of paper for one trip to the bathroom. Then you have to wait for 9 stinking minutes for it to roll out some more loo roll. ain't they heard of the bum gun.  ;D

You have to show your face - i would have thought your rrrsss would have be more important, you can just picture it, a queue of people with their trousers at half mast waiting for a second helping of the much needed at the time stuff  :-[
