That's a nice reply roger

I just noticed it, as the thai family here use the same, and on my laptop i might add :-[
As for I don't read KF every day, then you should, it's the best korat forum around, now you must agree with that.

Now can we get on with the show and just ignore stupid comments  :salute

Well thanks Thaiga for correcting my failure to recall that. Most kind.
But at least I had acknowledged 'Dawn's' helpful post and Sowhat, I wish you luck with the house sale. It's not usually easy to sell a house in Thailand so let us know. Good luck !

Excuse my interference roger, you say you had not seen that post, then how could you pass the link on to kowasana

K. I noticed that 'Dawn' offered help on the 'Where to get a good deal' section. Have a look but it's '' a Thai website. GL.

I've been trying to sell my house on the Korat Resort for 2 years now - several contacts have proved unproductive and I haven't found a credible organisation in Thailand to help, until now.
(BTW you can see my house on Rightmove overseas UK - among 1300 or more they have for sale in Thailand this is the ONLY one for sale in Korat !). So maybe try Rightmove.

Also I recently picked up a card in Korat Chef for a newish Real Estate / Estate Agency company based in Korat.
CENTURY21 DEAL WITH BUYING/SELLING/RENTALS and seem to me to be quite professional - their CEO Ron is Thai/American and speaks perfect English. His phone no. is 0902549779.
So if you want to sell - give them a try. Good luck !
