You can find this fine pub / restaurant right next to the Airport hotel in Korat.  The owner has some of the best farang food in Korat.  I've been there several times and the food is excellent, not to mention the owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.  I personally love his Chili.  Just ask him how hot you want it.

All,

First come first serve deal.

The Meating Zone inventory (equipment, electronics, appliances, food and beverage stock, bedroom furniture, etc. --- the whole kit and kaboodle) with rent paid till May 1st for sale.

Total actual capital value of aproximately 580,000 Baht.

Firm and fixed non-negotiable price of 360,000 Baht.

FYI....Running costs daily with staff were 700 Baht.  Average daily profit since opening at 1,000 Baht (30,000/month) and increasing at 1.34% per week.

Will turn over keys within two days of deal sealed.

Again...first come first serve.  Will not renew rent on May 1st.See attached for breakdown of what is included (minus food and beverage stock --- a lot of meat, dry goods, spices, and alcohol).

Note:  I mean firm and fixed --- If can only get 359,999 Baht I will take everything to the nearest village and play Santa Clause.
