Seeking English speaking lawyer/solicitor
« on: May 08, 2013, 09:05:22 AM »
I've looked high and low on this forum, without success I might add, looking for a link or reference to an English speaking lawyer.  If there are any that read this forum, kindly contact me at:

Many, if not most, Thai lawyers, especially the ethnic Chinese, can understand and speak English fluently. They've learned that in college, on travels or student exchanges and studies abroad. Some female lawyers in Korat have even been married to foreigners; some even studied laws abroad and gained legal understanding with foreigners' perspectives besides being trained in the Thai legal system.

I would base my choice of a lawyer more on personal recommendations and their field of specialization instead of open advertising or recommendation on forums, as you're probably looking for a professional of trust and confidence.

Typing the word "lawyer" into the search box and click "search" might give some clues.

Mam is a lawyer with her own business. There's a thread that mentions her but I can't find it either. I think that some members here have her 'phone number.

She introduced herself discretely there, without mentioning her phone number. Can find it on her home page though, and her home page you can find by clicking the home page icon (a globe) next to her posts or by clicking the link in her signature:

For legal services in Thailand: Korat-Legal

Aren't you an American, pop401k? Then she can understand your perspective maybe better than other lawyers around, having been married to an American herself.
