Public Notarial service in Pak Thongchai or Khonburi
« on: February 09, 2017, 12:16:15 PM »
Hi guys,

I have a document (in English language) which requires Public Notarial services and will be grateful if anyone can recommend a lawyer in Pak Thongchai or Khonburi who can provide this service. Basically, I need the lawyer to witness my wife signing the document and with the stamp from the law firm

Many thanks

If it's a matter of high importance and relevance in a Western country, an authentication by your consulate might be better than just a stamp by a Thai lawyer and notary. An signature authentication alone often cannot keep people from claiming afterwards to have misunderstood what they signed or having been deceived about the contents or meaning of the document. Of course consulates charge more than 500 THB and you need to travel there.
