All this PC rubbish has made thousands of native UK citizens flee the country to start a life somewhere else less oppressive, which ironically might have been the goal of the social engineers that instigated it all in the late 80s to early 90s.

Back to topic though, just blatantly double standards. It seems in the UK and Europe that only whites are persecuted now, but it's fine for the non whites to say what they like about each other.

Welcome to Tony and his crony's paradise.

England football captain John Terry to be charged with racially abusing Anton Ferdinand

It is believed this is the first time the captain of England has ever faced criminal charges. Terry will appear at West London Magistrates’ Court on February 1 2012. The maximum sentence for the offence is a fine of £2,500. As a summary offence under the Crime and Disorder Act, it will be fully heard in a magistrates' court.

Apart from criminal charges for racist remarks being racially biased in business can be expensive.

BofA's Countrywide to pay $335 million over bias case

4:51 p.m. CST, December 21, 2011

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Bank of America Corp's Countrywide Financial unit agreed on Wednesday to pay a record $335 million to settle civil charges that it discriminated against minority homebuyers, an historic settlement for the Obama administration in the wake of the subprime mortgage morass.

As the financial and housing crisis deepened in 2008, Bank of America bought Countrywide, which specialized in so-called subprime mortgages, focusing on loans to those with lower credit ratings and charging them higher interest rates and payments that suddenly increased after two or three years.

The settlement covers conduct between 2004 and 2008, before the acquisition by Bank of America, and involved a range of alleged wrongdoing, including charging African-Americans and Hispanics higher interest rates and fees than non-minorities.

Minorities also were steered to more expensive subprime loans even though they were qualified for traditional mortgage rates. Justice Department officials said it was the largest residential discrimination settlement in U.S. history.

John Terry shows a cool head when he is at the centre of a storm
When John Terry walks out on to the pitch at White Hart Lane tonight, he knows the eyes of the nation will be on him again and a vociferous Tottenham crowd will jeer his every move.

In the wake of the Crown Prosecution Service charging the Chelsea captain with using racist abuse towards Anton Ferdinand, Spurs fans will do their utmost to put Terry off his game. In fact, an unflattering ditty sung to The Addams Family has been composed in preparation.

In a huge match for both clubs, this is a distraction Terry could do without but a look at the history books shows that when the 31-year-old has been at the centre of controversy before he has managed to ignore the furore and let his football do the talking.

Standard Sport looks at five games in which Terry has started the match a villain and yet, somehow, usually emerged the hero.

apologised for twice using the word coloured to describe black footballers

Alan Hansen apologises after calling black footballers 'coloured'

Alan Hansen has "unreservedly" apologised for twice using the word "coloured" to describe black footballers on Match of the Day on Wednesday evening when discussing the current John Terry and Luis Suárez racism cases.

Hansen, 56, the show's long-time pundit, said: "I unreservedly apologise for any offence caused – this was never my intention and I deeply regret the use of the word."

Employing the term had put Hansen at the centre of an online backlash after he said: "I think there's a lot of coloured players in all the major teams and there are lots of coloured players who are probably the best in the Premier League. If you look at 25 or 30 years ago it was probably in a bad way - not as bad as some of the other nations on the continent - but certainly there is always, always room for improvement."

The BBC said it has received 82 complaints over the use of the word, which caused a backlash on Twitter. The former Tottenham player Rohan Ricketts, now with Shamrock Rovers, tweeted: "Is this Alan Hansen guy taking the f****** piss?? I'm not coloured??? He is part of the problem when using that word. We are BLACK Alan! [sic]."

He added: "Alan Hansen is more coloured than a black person. But still we would not call him or another white man coloured." According to the Sun, the former England international Stan Collymore said: "Coloured? What colour would that be? Blue? Green? Orange?"

And people wonder why some many are leaving the west to live elsewhere.

The western countries, especially Europe, are run by left-leaning apologists that have a misguided insecurity complex. Those that make these decisions are often those who live in spheres that will never be intruded upon by the consequences of their arrogant deluded conclusions, plus their actions or decisions when implemented upon a brainwashed audience that has forgotten how to stand up for itself.

Terry gets last laugh

John Terry was booed by the Totteham fans but had the last laugh as he cleared Emmanuel Adebayor's shot off his line in injury time to help Chelsea draw 1-1 in a pulsating Premier League match at White Hart Lane.

The home side looked like they were going to sweep Chelsea aside after Adebayor slipped the ball beyond visiting goalkeeper Petr Cech from Gareth Bales's cross on eight minutes.

Chelsea were pinned back but somehow equalised with their first real attack of the match as Daniel Sturridge popped up unmarked on 23 minutes to net from Cole's cross ball.

The visiting team enjoyed the better moments in the second period, but Adebayor could have won it as he bounded onto Bale's pass.

He beat Cech with the shot, but Terry - who has been charged for allegedly racially abusing the QPR defender Anton Ferdinand during a match in October - raced back to get the ball past a post with the aid of his back to ensure Chelsea left White Hart Lane with a point they deserved.

Liverpool's decision to wear T-shirts in support of Luis Suarez before their game at Wigan Athletic on Wednesday has been criticised by some prominent black footballers

Suarez is, pending an appeal, facing an eight-match ban and £40,000 fine for an incident involving Patrice Evra.

"As an ex-footballer having experienced racist comments throughout my career I was saddened to see Liverpool players wear those T-shirts last night," McGrath said on Twitter. "I would have been much happier if they had worn anti-racist T-shirts."

Blackburn Rovers striker Jason Roberts also took to the social networking site to say: "The stance on the Suarez issue from LFC has bemused me. Are United going to print Evra shirts now? Some issues are bigger than football."

Ex-Newcastle defender Olivier Bernard told Sky Sports: "I really didn't think it was fine to wear the T-shirts. I can understand the club's side of it, but in society we can't accept racism and give support to a player who has used racist words.

"It's not okay to use racist language and the message they sent out yesterday was a bit wrong. I don't mind them giving support to Mr Suárez, but I just think it's a bit wrong to wear the T-shirt because that means they have allowed racist language. I just don't understand it."

Manager Kenny Dalglish, who also wore one of the T-shirts in support of Suarez, said following the draw with Wigan: "I think the boys showed their respect and admiration for Luis with wearing the T-shirts. It is a great reflection of the man as a character, a person and a footballer that the boys have been so supportive and so have the supporters.

"He has earned that. He deserves it and we will always stand beside him. They will not divide the football club, no matter how hard they try.''

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez said: "It is difficult to comment on that particular incident but in general you arrive to the British game and it is a culture shock. Believe me there is no right or wrong in understanding your culture.

"You are seen doing something wrong and you don't think you are doing anything wrong because your background and your culture and the way you live back in your country it is nothing wrong. It is the same when British people go abroad and could upset people.

"The problem is where you draw the line. We are playing in England and you need to understand what is right and wrong but you need to understand cultures bring a little bit of misunderstanding if it is an honest mistake.''

Professional Footballers' Association chief Gordon Taylor said he stood by the FA's decision.

Taylor said: "This was an independent commission experienced in law and football and they must have had compelling evidence, and it sends out a very strong message to the rest of the world. I understand the point about cultural differences but if you come to this country all players have to abide by not just the laws of the game but the laws of the land as well.

"Referring to someone's skin colour has got to be offensive - it's self-evident."

Stan Collymore highlights racist abuse towards Patrice Evra on Twitter

Patrice Evra has been subject to a swath of racist abuse on Twitter in the wake of Luis Suárez receiving an eight-match ban for insulting language that included a reference to Evra's skin colour.

The level and intensity of the abuse has prompted Stan Collymore, the TalkSport presenter and former Liverpool and Nottingham Forest striker, to highlight it on his own Twitter page to emphasise that racism remains a big issue in football.

"Have a look at my favourites. Tell me Twitter shouldn't do something," Collymore tweeted on Friday, followed shortly afterwards with: "Just have one look at my favourites and tell me there isn't at least something to address. Nobody's playing any cards, it's there to read."

Some of the tweets he has selected confirm the degree of offence being directed towards Evra on the social media site, including highly racist and foul language.

Collymore subsequently received abuse on the site but tweeted that the support he was receiving far outweighed negative responses, writing: "The lovely comments outstrip the bad 100/1." Last night, Collymore revealed on Twitter that the police had contacted him in relation to the abuse but that he was "deciding what to do for the best".

A spokeswoman for the Association of Chief Police Officers said: "If it's racist abuse, it falls as a type of hate crime. If anyone is being serially harassed, or even stalked on a social networking site or on Twitter they should report that to their local police and they can investigate.

"If he feels a victim of being abused or attacked, he would go to his local police station and they would pass it on to, potentially, an e-crime unit to look into."

West Midlands police were swift to act on Friday. When one particularly vile missive was highlighted by Collymore, they tweeted at its author: "Your comments constitute an offence under the Public Order Act. We have received a complaint & advised them how to report it."

A spokeswoman for Twitter said the company would deal with any such abuse. "This is an important issue that we take very seriously. If users are breaking any of the Twitter rules, we will take the appropriate action," she said. In such cases the likely action would be permanent suspension of the user's account.

However, Twitter would not reveal how many accounts had been suspended for abuse and said it was up to users to contact the police if they believed laws were being broken.

It is very difficult to gauge the volume of cyber offences being reported. They are recorded in police statistics as "hate crime" rather than internet or online offences.

The Crown Prosecution Service also records crime by type rather than medium but carried out 9,993 successful prosecutions for racist and religious crime in England and Wales in 2009-10.

The category is by far the largest covered by hate crime legislation, accounting for just under 88% of successful prosecutions in that year.

Terror for John Terry's family
Terror for John Terry's family as footballer's home is attacked by raiders as he plays Premier League game

John Terry's family were left fearing for their safety after raiders lay siege to their home while the Chelsea captain was away playing in Thursday night's Barclays Premier League game against Tottenham.
The gang had broken through the perimeter gate of the property using a scaffolding pole from building work next door and were approaching the house before being chased off the premises by security guards.
Terry's wife Toni and four-year-old children Georgie John and Summer Rose were in the mansion in Oxshott, Surrey, along with Terry's mother Sue and Toni's mother Sue Poole when the intruders struck towards the end of the game.
Terry had hired the extra security due to the intensity of the media spotlight on him following being charged by the Crown Prosecution Service with racially abusing Anton Ferdinand during Chelsea's game against QPR at Loftus Road in October.

It is unclear whether the attackers were intent on damaging the property or attempting burglary.
A friend of Terry said: 'They were all completely shocked at what happened, especially with young children in the house and two grandmothers. It was a very scary experience for all of them at a hugely difficult time for the family.'
It is understood that the attack has not been reported to the police. Terry was playing at White Hart Lane in his first match since the charges were announced. The 31-year-old was booed every time he touched the ball and was also the focus of relentless abusive chants from Spurs fans.

A hostile crowd targeted Wayne Rooney's house when he was involved in a contract dispute with Manchester United, while Peter Crouch and his model wife Abbey Clancy had their Cheshire home ransacked this week.

Unreliable and inconsistent! Suarez blasted as FA release details of race row evidence

Luis Suarez used the Spanish words 'negro' or 'negros' seven times in a sustained verbal assault on Patrice Evra, according to the Football Association's disciplinary commission that heard the case.

The FA, who published the commission's 115-page judgement on Saturday night, cast doubt on the version of events given by Liverpool striker Suarez, undermining the club's campaign to back the Uruguayan, who has been banned for eight matches for racial abuse.
And Liverpool's chances of successfully appealing appear to have diminished after the full written reasons for the ban were released last night. The FA report says Suarez's evidence was 'unreliable in matters of critical importance' and 'inconsistent with the contemporaneous evidence, especially the video footage'.

The FA rejected Suarez's assertion that he had used the word 'negro' - Spanish for black and commonly used both with and without racist overtones in South America - in a friendly manner as 'incredible' and doubled what would ordinarily have been a four-match ban because he used the word seven times.

Seriously....Is it possible for the people of a darker skin variety, to pick a word / term that identifies them, without any connotations of being  a racist slur, and stick with it?  First it was Negro, then Black, then colored, then African American, then Niggah, and even Afro American.  FFS pick one.

Here's one.  What would happen if a black guy called a white guy a "cracker" or "honkey" during a football game?  Would the same rules apply?  You never hear any stories about that, do you?

Forget your appeal, Luis, just say sorry to Evra and take the ban

Luis Suarez is coming under increasing pressure to apologise to Patrice Evra as Liverpool were urged to shelve any thoughts of appealing against his eight-game ban.
This follows the release of the Football Association’s report which found the Anfield striker guilty of racially abusing the Manchester United defender seven times in two minutes.
The FA delivered the written verdict on New Year’s Eve and the withering contents of the 115-page document exposed the full details of Suarez’s clash with Evra at Anfield on October 15.

According to its findings,  Suarez — who admitted using the word ‘negro’ — gave ‘unreliable’ evidence and had ‘damaged the image of English football around the world’.

The row between the pair exploded in the second half of the 1-1 draw when Evra asked Suarez why he had kicked him. Suarez replied ‘Porque tu eres negro’ (because you are black).

The independent three-man Commission, which was led by Paul Goulding QC, illustrated why the case against Suarez was considered proven and why they gave him such a long suspension, plus a £40,000 fine.
The Commission, which also took into account expert evidence that the word ‘negro’ in Uruguay is often used in a friendly way — it can be offensive depending on the context — described Suarez’s version of events as ‘implausible’ and ‘simply incredible’.

While the Commission established that Suarez was not a racist, many will be looking to him to act with contrition and back up his words of November 7 last year when he claimed he or Evra would have to express regret, depending on what the Commission found.
‘Now we have to see how the matter is decided,’ he said while away on international duty with Uruguay.

‘Then — the United player as much as me — we are going to have things clear. And wherever the fault lies, we are going to have to say sorry.’

The Commission reported that because Suarez used the word ‘negro’ so often, the length of ban they administered was necessary to preserve the image of the English game and act as a deterrent. If he was found guilty of two  similar offences in the future, Suarez could face a life ban.
Suarez breached the FA rule E3 which prevents reference to any player’s skin colour. In his defence he said: ‘I would refer to Glen Johnson as ‘negro’ in the same way I might refer to Dirk Kuyt as ‘Blondie’ (because of his blond hair) or to Andy Carroll as  ‘Grandote’ (Big Man).’

The commission’s report revealed how previously unseen video evidence — including 12 clips of the altercation — were analysed. Evra is described as being an ‘impressive witness’ who gave his evidence in a ‘calm,  composed and clear way’.

John Terry's photo used for Indian cigarette warnings
England and Chelsea captain John Terry has threatened the Indian government with legal action after it approved the use of a doctored photograph of the footballer in an anti-smoking message on a popular brand of cigarette. Indian health and government advertising officials approved his photograph – complete with a graphic showing his lungs filling with black tar – to be used on packets of popular Gold Flake cigarettes as part of a ‘Smoking Kills’ warning campaign without his knowledge or permission.

The controversial footballer’s management is now considering legal action while Indian officials are trying to establish how the photograph was chosen and printed on thousands of packets of cigarettes.

Although the photograph used on the cigarettes is blurred, it is unmistakably the England captain and the disclosure brought a swift response from the player’s agent, Elite Management, which said it had compared the images with Mr Terry and instructed his solicitors to begin legal action for violation of image rights.

"It’s been brought to our attention that an image of our client has been used on some cigarette packaging without our consent or knowledge.

"We've now instructed our legal team to investigate this matter," a spokesman said.

Race rant accused Emma West to face trial
A woman charged over an alleged racist rant on a tram that was captured on video and seen online 11 million times is set to face trial at a Crown Court.

Emma West, 34, of New Addington, has been charged with two racially aggravated public order offences, one with intent to cause fear.

She gave Croydon Magistrates' Court no indication of her plea and said she wanted to face a Crown Court trial.

Ms West was given bail and will appear at Croydon Crown Court on 17 February.

Magistrate Ian Hornby granted Ms West bail on the condition that she does not travel on a tram within Croydon and Sutton, lives and sleeps at her home address and does not comment on the case.

Ms West was arrested after footage, filmed on a Croydon-to-Wimbledon tram, allegedly showing her racially abusing fellow passengers was posted on YouTube.

She was charged with intent to cause fear or provocation of violence after a passenger, Ena-May Eubanks, said she hit her left shoulder with a "closed fist".

police to track down fans allegedly heard making racist remarks on a train

Police to investigate alleged racist remarks over Ferdinand by Chelsea fans

Chelsea have called in the police to track down fans allegedly heard making racist remarks about Anton Ferdinand as they travelled on a train back from Norwich on Saturday.

The club acted quickly to contact the authorities after a comment was made on Twitter about a small number of fans who are alleged to have made disparaging remarks about the QPR defender.
British transport police are working closely with the club to try and identify the fans in question

Chelsea's strong stance comes with Ferdinand set to come face-to-face with club captain John Terry next Saturday for the first time since the row which has led to Terry facing a court appearance.

Terry is due in West London Magistrates' Court to answer allegations he made a racist comment to Ferdinand when the teams met three months ago. Terry denies the charge.

A club statement released on Saturday night said: 'Chelsea Football Club is concerned to hear that a small number of fans travelling back by train from Norwich were alleged to be involved in racist chants and comment.

'We are working to help the relevant authorities identify those responsible and will take the strongest possible action should these allegations prove to be true.

'The club, like the overwhelming majority of our fans, strongly believe that all forms of discrimination are abhorrent and have absolutely no place in society
