Replica Samurai Swords for sale

A friend of mine has asked me to post this ad for him.  These are replica Samurai Swords Stainless steel.  900 baht a pop.  According to him, he has three for sale. (See Picture)  PM me if interested and I will forward you his phone number.  These would make a nice decorative piece for a house, not mention a little protection from all those gun wielding Americans (eh Alfie?). 

*The owner has made it clear that anyone with a past criminal record is ineligible to purchase these items.

I just watched a documentary about ancient Thai cities. Those swords seem to be in the style of ones used in an ancient armed version of the modern Muay Thai. They were used in the battle to recover Ayutthaya from the Burmese occupiers.

You are correct.  True Samurai swords are actually a little longer and thinner with different grips...but here in the LOS they still refer to them as Samurai Swords.  I've seen these things for sale every now and then..usually a guy with a push cart making his rounds around the village.  He'll tell you they are Samurai Swords....they're not, but my friend has asked me to advertise them as replicas. 

As far as DNA, I have no idea.  Let's hope there isn't any DNA on them originating from Canada.
