Hello, dear members,     :salute
Firstly we want to introduce ourselves.
We are a family with 2 kids. I am German, my wife is Thai, our son Alexander 5y and our daughter Katharina will be 4y in July.
We are living in Germany near Stuttgart.
We intend starting construction site in Danchak ( not far away from Korat north direction) where our ground is located during our stay Dec 2014 and Jan 2015.
While staying 2 month I hope we can make good efforts building the house.
We could live at my wifes family in Danchak as we did before several times but the houses there are ThaiStyleHouses and to live there for some days would be ok for me .... but we want to stay 2 month.
Therefore we are looking for house to rent not to far from Danchak.
I think the north of Korat would be fine. (Area Cho Ho)
Europian style and comfort e.g. pool, internet, aircons, up from 120sqm, etc. is welcome.
And also the house should be fully furnished and equipped to move in.
So I want to ask if somebody knows a possibility.
We are leaving Germany 24.11.2014 Flight back is 2.2.2015.
To know us you also could have a look in Youtube where our holidays in Hua Hin are to be seen.

Thank you in advance for support.       :wai

Welcome to the forum Falang.  Most people rent long term, but you may be able to find short-term rentals.  You could rent an apartment short-term, but most people want long term for their houses.  The best is to have your wife's relatives over in Korat, drive around the villages in Jo-Ho and look for rental signs which people usually post on their front gate along with a telephone number.

Also, there are some online Real Estate companies that specialize in this sort of thing.

http://www.ddproperty.com/en/

They have a nice search engine which allows you to pick what type of rental, bedrooms, price, location, etc.   Check it out.

Hello,

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Yes, this is the best site I already found. There are a lot of convienent houses posted.
And yes, as you said, we will start searching when we are in Korat. We drive around and have a look to the gates and signs there, especially to the phone numbers and then my wife will contact the houselord etc. For short stay up from arriving in Korat we will be in "Besson Park" which should be OK for some days.
Thats the way I am pretty shure to succeed.

Thank you very much for support !   :wai
