Home for Sale or Rent in Korat City
« on: October 19, 2013, 12:16:53 PM »
We have a very nice 3 or 4 bedroom home for sale of rent in Korat city.

This has 6 Mitsubishi air-conditioners, Siemens oven, washer, dryer, cook top, water heaters and over 2 million baht of teak built in furniture.

This was our own personal home until our daughter left for university and we moved to the farm. The house is approximately 10 years old and is maintained in like new condition.

It has been rented to a expat executive for the last 2 1/2 years, who now has be relocated to Bangkok.

The rental price furnished is 50,000/mo. and the sale price is 7.5m.

I will insert a couple pictures for ref:

 Hi SAF,

This house is located in Homeland Village 1, Soi 6/14 Dach Udom Road. We bought a lot with a house on it and then removed the old structure and built this home, since it was close to Saint Mary's school where daughter was enrolled.

Location: From the 5 way intersection near the train station, go across the tracks to the first stop light. Then turn right and go to the next stop light (near the army market) and you will be on Soi 6.  Now go straight ahead approximately 1 km and the entrance to Homeland Village is on the right side. Don't turn right at the end of the army market wall and go past the Pond on the right side.

Yes this is upper end, but we did have full price offers from 2 different people when we were renting it, so I imagine it will just be a matter of time, before something happens. If not we can rent it to business executives looking for comfort and security.

We also have another smaller 3 bedroom rental house in this same village, that I would also like to sell @ 2.5m, but I really don't want to throw the renter out. He is a working expat who has rented this place from us for over 7 years. This has a documented 7% return on investment, if anyone is interested.

Seems to be a good location.

Have you tried contacting senior managers at some of the Japanese run factories? Some people on KF might have contacts with well paid government officials too.

The previous renter moved out about 3 weeks ago and we then decided to refurbish everything, before we offered it on the market again. I think everything should be finished next week and we are now ready to show it.

Let me know if you have anyone interested. I have a lot of pictures of all the rooms if needed.

Thanks..

I'll pass on the word but members here who live in town might do better.
