Korat Housing

Coming to Korat for a short visit only a hotel or guesthouse might suit you fine. But most people come here to enjoy more than just tourism, they settle down for a while or permanently. What possibilities are in Korat and the nearby cities to rent a house or a condo? How are the conditions of the houses up for rent? Can I expect to get the same or near same quality housing as back in the States or Europe?

You won't get anything like USCB.  I saw some new condos coming up on Bung Talua.  You can rent a decent house for 6000-8000 baht easy.  I'd stay away from Soi 13 as the houses are old and way over priced.  Isn't that right willy?
