Music on the hill

Those looking for a musical experience amid cool breezes and fresh mountain air should mark the evening of Jan 22 in their diaries. An army of leading artists will be performing in a music extravaganza entitled "Be Chill Winter Live 2011".

Said to be one of the most chilly music festivals of the year, the concert will take place at Phutawan Resort in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, starting at 4pm.

Famous acts that promise to entertain guests throughout the night will be Modern Dog, Scrubb, Flure, Singula, Musketeer, Singto Numchok, Sixty Mile, And More, Wan-Thanakrit and Stamp.

Concert-goers are also invited to bring along their tents for an overnight stay on the premises, where car-parking, all facilities and security measures will be provided. Foods, beverages and local products of Pak Chong will also be available.

...Mr Worawut detailed that a free concert of UDD core leaders will be arranged on 26 March at Khao Yai in Nakhon Ratchasima, and training will be conducted for 1,500 UDD leaders nationwide on 9 April in order to prepare them for another mass rally on 10 April.

A free concert? What'll they be singing? "We shall overcome"?
