Kow Hin Yok temple near Chaiyaphum?

Hello
My dear lady go today for nine days in the temple (by her own words) "to stick to moral practices to redeem former existence". I think temple is near Chaiyaphum and called Kow Hin Yok (?). Does anybody recognize it and know where in Chaiyaphum it is? Couldn't identity it by Google.

I found it easily with a Google search.

By coincidence, someone asked the same question yesterday on answers.yahoo.com and was given a couple of YouTube links.
