Thailand Vs. Vietnam: Which Is Better for Retirees?

Bit late for us guys that are already here, settled with families, home and whatever. But might be a bit of insight to those that are thinking of taking the challenge to leaving their home country to start a new life elsewhere. Thailand and Vietnam are both excellent low-cost destinations, myself i'll still go with thailand, i think it has the edge on Vietnam, although there is a whole range of other factors to analyze when choosing between these countries. Retirees who have incomes of at least $1,000 per month (34,000 bht)  8) should have no trouble living comfortably in either country.
