C,mon B/F get that camera of yours out, you could win 20,000 bht the government is looking for gorgeous, original photos taken by expats who are legally living in Thailand. Nothing candid  :o mind you as the theme is
 “Thailand: Stability, Prosperity, and Sustainability.” The contest is designed to boost Thailand’s image and “Thainess” across the globe. Feel free to enter your photo here by May 31.




Farang-only photo contest offers foreign residents a prize of 20,000 baht for Thai-centric

The winner will receive an award of THB20,000, a trophy, and a certificate. The first, second, and third runners-up will receive awards of THB15,000, THB10,000, and THB5,000, respectively.

I was a winner in a photo competition once, the prize a 5 star room booked with a bottle of wine and a lady for the night. I went to open the wine, but there was no hole in the bottle, i looked at the lady grinning, she said in a gruff voice, me same same :-[

Hell: A place where all of the wine and liquor bottles have holes on the bottom

I submitted two photos.  One of the guidelines suggests foreigners interacting with Thais and the culture.  I'm not sure if I want to go there. I doubt my submissions will place, but I figured what the hell.
